Cece is the type of person who will either bulldoze her way into the lives of "interesting" people or avoid the fuck out of them. She thinks her acquaintances are lucky to be associated with her and as "her friends" they should move the very earth to please her. However, Cece isn't dumb enough to actually trust them with her life and would almost always find something to hold over their heads.

Young and spoiled rotten, there's a long list of people who definitely dislikes Cece. With such an abrasive personality, there are a few who would've gladly had her out of their lives but Cece doesn't "allow" it. She feels that no friendship or relationship ends without her saying so.


That being said, the very few people who are able to stand her obnoxiousness worm their way into Cece's fickle heart, would find one very loyal very naggy friend in her.


Romantic
Cece loves all the pretty things and is in love with the thought of love. Yet being spoiled rotten by her brothers, she has an impossible high standard in men. Her very few relationships are only fleeting and shallow at best.

Quick History
Ages 0 - 15     Spoiled childhood to teens
Born the youngest of four and only daughter of their branch of the family, she was told she was born perfect. From the large yet very affluent and influential Quillers, she was taught that what money could not buy, her beauty could acquire. Doted upon, Cece grew up with lavishness and was the apple of everyone's eyes.


Yet adoration could only bring so much. She was well within her teens when she realized that, unlike her older brothers who have or were slowly carving their own paths in the world, Cece did not have many aspirations in life. Although most of the family told her it was fine if she did not have any, she found herself envious of the way her brothers' faces lights up when they talked about whichever it was that they felt strongly about.


Ages 16 - 21     Cypher
Though she felt she possessed the same level of intellect as her genius brother Eros, with a large and extended family scattered all over the Stronghold, there were very few avenues for Cece to explore on her own. Annoyed that she didn't seem to have a special thing to make herself shine brightly, she flippantly told her family she'd take up education and work her way into Cypher.


Her family supported her idea, though her own parents were actually expecting her to quit even before she finished the academy. Partly incensed by feeling doubted by her own family and thought nothing more than a bratty dumb blonde by her schoolmates in the academy, Cece doggedly studied and achieved one of the highest marks for her chosen field. It came as no surprise to her when she was finally recruited by Cypher right out of graduation.

Age 21     Life at Present
Cece found shining brightly as a model and genius student too wearying, and thus, as soon as she was employed by Cypher, she reverted to pretending to be the-dumb-blonde-who-only-got-in-through-connections. This worked against those who were in the same rank-and-file position such as hers but didn't fly for the head researchers of a yet to be announced Cypher project. Seeing through the facade of her fake-dumb persona, they personally recruited her to be part of Project X as a laboratory assistant.


Quite annoyed that first, she didn't get away with just floating by; second, by being nudged down to an assistant, and lastly, not being told as soon as possible about such an interesting project, Cece swore she would do her damnest to make Project X a success. And to have herself credited for it too.
