For the most part, Tatiana is very laid back and happy-go-lucky, she lives for a good time and loves time spent with people she enjoys. She has come a long way from feeding off of and tormenting the poor humans forced to live in the slums, leveling out, and settling into a more humane persona. Tati tries her very best to blend in with those around her even going as far as to eat their food tell them any sickness she may endure is due to allergies. Her personality has toned down so greatly from where she was when she first turned into a level V that she now hates that she has to feed on humans to survive. She has such a bubbly and friendly personality that she has absolutely no trouble making friends most of which are humans since she tries to keep her distance from other level V out of fear of falling back into her old ways.

Tati is married to a wonderful and loving man that she adores and appreciates greatly but that isn't going to stop her from playing around from time to time. She comes off as a huge flirt when you first meet her, she knows absolutely no stranger and has zero concept of personal space much to her husband's displeasure. Her favorite pass time is picking at the stuck-up military men that come in and out of her building regularly, it's all in good fun of course, she loves seeing them get all flustered right before they have to conduct business. For the most part, she just leads men along in a twisted little game of cat and mouse, teasing them, and then dropping them right before things go any further, again all in good fun though it has almost landed her in trouble a time or two.

They say old habits die-hard and that is very true for Tati, she knows she is always just one bad day away from slipping back into her old habits, and oh how she did enjoy wreaking havoc and killing people. She wants so badly to be good and regain the life that she had before the outbreak, her friends, family, she knows she can rebuild all of that if she can just keep her composure. She is fiercely protective of the relationships she has built and is quick to put people in their places when she feels they are threatening her or someone she cares for, going from happy to menacing in just a blink of an eye. She doesn't tolerate people coming into her life and threatening all that she has built over the years, if you threaten her small semblance of normality she will come for you one way or another.
Quick History
✤ The early years ✤
Tatiana was born the only child of a painfully average family complete with family gatherings, picnics, wonderful vacations to the mountains in the summertime, and a goth phase her parents were convinced she would never grow out of. Her mother was a homemaker and the glue that held the entire family while her father worked in a local laboratory as a scientist, his main focus of study being genetics. Tati was loved greatly by her parents and because of that she was allowed to prosper in life without much holding her back, her parents encouraging her every step of the way no matter what path she decided to take.

When she finished high school she was off to travel the world spending years exploring new places and meeting new people, that would be put to a swift end when she got the call that her beloved grandmother had passed away. After mourning her dear old granny alongside her family she decided it was time to get serious about life and started college hoping to eventually become a scientist like her father and make positive changes in the world. She was quickly offered a job as a receptionist at her father's job, a fairly well-established company called Cypher, it was a way to get her foot in the door so she jumped at the chance. everything seemed to be falling so perfectly in place and after years of hard work and dedication she could see the end of her schooling in sight...until the world decided to break.

✤ The Outbreak ✤
A few months before the outbreak Tatianas mother would suffer from a stroke disabling the normally outgoing and active woman and crippling their little family. Her sweet mother was the perfect candidate for testing of this new drug Cypher was developing and without so much as a second thought, her father pleaded with the company to accept her. They did. Tati was against it but couldn't bring herself to confront her father on it knowing he was worried for his wife, it felt like the only way he could prevent this from happening again and possibly killing her.

Tatiana was kept out of the loop when it came to her mother and thanks to her father she was prohibited from venturing off into the building to visit with her. Every now and then her father would give her updates on what was going on assuring her that testing was going wonderfully, the optimism in his voice was enough to keep her pacified. Things seemed to be going great until one day she received a frantic call from her father telling her to stay home, it would be the last time she would hear from him.

News of the outbreak began to spread like wildfire and she was at ground zero, reluctant to give up her life with hopes that things would get better. The first infected showed up in the form of people wandering the streets in pain but it wasn't long before they turned aggressive and things got out of hand. There was no controlling what was going on, things were moving entirely too fast, and before Tati had the chance to evacuate she was infected herself.

After being infected she confined herself to her home and endured all the symptoms that came after totally alone. Her heart broke as she slowly lost her humanity, forgetting her family, the blood lust, the unimaginable pain, and then nothing.

✤ A new life ✤
When she became a level V readjusting to human life was very difficult for her after years of hunting and killing with no humanity whatsoever. Her first few weeks were spent hunting lone drifters, feeding on them, killing them, and even turning a few as she tried to learn to control herself. She felt little guilt over those she murdered and would go on to kill more just for the fun of it even when she managed to find her way into the slums.

It wasn't until she got some advice from a fellow level V that she began to reign herself in, working her way up until she was able to get a job working in a high-end strip club in the better part of the stronghold. She hated every single second of it, dancing for the pleasure of anyone seemed so degrading considering how hard she worked before the outbreak. Her life would take a turn for the better when a man who frequented her club approached her, he was kind enough, good-looking, and something about him just pulled her in. He was a scientist with Cypher, horrible memories came flooding back but she gave him a chance and within the year she found herself married and living within the inner citadel. He secured her a job working as a secretary for Cypher which she reluctantly accepted, her attitude improved every day until she was finally able to feel like she stood a chance at rebuilding what she once had.

It's only been five years since her reintroduction into the human world and things are really looking up.
