Eve was born from one of the many women who works or have fallen prey to The Hearts. Raised in The Farm with other children who shared her origins, it wasn't until she was five when she finally was given a name and it wasn't until she was seven when she finally was able to understand what The Farm was for and why there was rarely anyone there who was older than fifteen. Since then, she began to be wary of all the kind people around her, even those who were her age, as she understood that she will never know when she will be next. If her organs weren't harvested, she was most likely going to be sent to "work" early or worse, sold off to some Stronghold pedophile.

At nine, she sought to free herself from the Farm, concocting plan after plan, even using those who were gullible enough to believe that she would help them escape too. It wasn't until she was twelve, about to be dragged into a brothel by some low-life thug who worked for the Hearts, did she have an opportunity to put her plan in motion.

Although young and scrawny, deprived of proper nutrition and hygiene as the rest of the children were, Eve was comely in appearance. From the Farm on their way to the Stronghold, she did her best to become appealing to her "deliverer", but when her efforts didn't entice him, she pushed another child to seduce him, having observed that the thug had his eyes on Rosie all day long.

As the other innocent child was being abused, Eve took the sharpened brassiere underwire she had been keeping for years, and stabbed it into the man's ear. It took her action to rouse the other children to arms, and while chaos ensued, Eve slipped away.

She wasn't able to stay in the streets for too long, for soon, another group of thugs picked her off the streets and brought her into their fold.

Jocelyn was an old woman who headed the "laboratories" of The Spades, decided to take in Eve and make her learn about the science behind the empire of Spades. Although at first Eve didn't understand why the woman was so kind, she didn't let the opportunity go and stuck to the chemist like glue. It was only after a few months that she gleaned from other Spades that the old woman used to work for Cypher but her husband's falling into debt with many of the Jabberwockies had seen to the ruin of her family.

Capitalizing on this new knowledge, Eve did everything she possibly could to be the best replacement for the daughter that Jocelyn lost. Despite her obvious ploy, the chemist played along with her but soon warmed up to it. Eve was fifteen when Jocelyn decided to officially adopt her and brought her to her home in the Inner Citadel. Ever since then, Eve posed as the once-renowned chemist's daughter and did her best to live a posh life whilst rising through the ranks of The Spades.

Although she lacked the proper schooling that Jocelyn wanted her to have, Eve turned out to be a smart and innovative young woman. With guidance, Eve was able to branch into Toxicology, coming up with various types of poisons that had varying effects. It was this which she planned to use to rise up the ranks in Spades.

However, when Jocelyn passed away when she was seventeen, Eve's position in the Spades became unstable. Without a powerful backer like Jocelyn, there were other gang members who sought to claim her as their own, including those high up in leadership. Eve did her best to escape from them but when she was cornered she played the part of a crazy woman, laughing her head off as she peeled away a layer of flesh off her own arm and ate it raw. The act itself put off her would-be assaulters and soon word of her being batshit psycho spread. Since then, nobody has tried to mess with her.

Her connection to the upper-class society of the Stronghold, courtesy of a legacy left by Jocelyn, gave an opportunity for Eve to be one of the few capable of infiltrating the higher paying market. Along with her talents in Toxicology and using her beauty as leverage, she had lured in some big names into becoming the Spades cash cows.

With the use of her designer drugs on unwilling and unknowing victims she affectionately calls her pets, she toppled the leadership within the Spades and established herself as King. Had it not been for the very obvious difference in strengths, she would've also tried to snatch up the Ace position of the gang. However, before she could make a play for it, it had been taken away by a new player, one which calls himself Atlas.
