The real name of the major highway running through No-Man's Land was lost decades ago, and now it is simply know as the Devil's Highway, or Highway 666. While it is the main method of transportation for drifters, it also unfortunately is known for congregations of Infected that swarm the road, creating dangerous hazards for drivers. Dilapidated gas stations and abandoned restaurants line the highway every few miles, providing both shelter and a source of resources to any who make the trip. Unfortunately many are taken over by Infected.

Being in western North America, most of the countryside was once dozens of acres of farmland, separated into different fields of land by fences now rotten and falling apart. The only standing indication that the farmland was once owned are the many barns and farmhouses still scattered across the land. Without regular maintenance, many have rotted away and fallen apart. However, some still stand and may contain usable supplies, as well as provide temporary shelter for drifters passing through the area.

A beautiful respite from the gruesome, post-apocalyptic world that currently exists, Lake Armdale was once a popular destination site. Camping grounds, small cabins, and commercial wilderness buildings dot the beaches of the lake, caged in by the swathes of trees that surround most of the lake. A major source of water in the area, it is also often abundant with different kinds of wildlife. While Infected still linger in the area, they often aren't in high volumes due to a lack of food, making the area much safer than other parts of No-Man's Land.

The largest and most notable forest in No-Man's Land, Wincroft Forest is known for its abundance of wildlife and various hunting cabins. For drifters more content to live off the land and away from society, this forest is a haven for them. Unfortunately, there is a darker side to the forest as well. Most Infected tend to avoid the forest due to a lack of food. However, Feral packs are known to water the forest, attacking and feeding on the animals. They are the greatest danger for anyone who wishes to live here.
