Chipper, friendly and forgiving, Ophelia is one of the de facto leaders of the Outcasts, an drifter colony that roams the Old Farmland. She's a dime in No Man's land, and often comes to blows with other leaders and members of the Outcasts for her kind and supposed "weak-willed" nature. Phe garners respect with her skill at rifling and killing Infected. She is also an engineer of sorts, creating makeshift traps and bombs for her colony's protection.
