Neilos is, well, he's a person that's for sure and a wildly eccentric one at that. Not only does he revel in being as pale as the moon but in dressing as the eccentric as can be, think old school vampire in the movies. All dressed in dramatic black and with makeup on point. Truly a man of eccentricities. One top of that he runs a strip club called The Red Door, a wonderfully eccentric place just like its owner. A high end establishment that does theme nights there's more on offer than just the sights to see. After all it is a front for the Hearts Gang of the Jabberwockies.
