Damascus is a man who relishes his work, truly and utterly relishes it. He used to officiate dog fighting but now he is the handler for the Infected that the Spades gang use. He's very good at his job but perhaps that is because he holds only scorn and hatred for the infected. He truly views them as beneath him. Because of that he is quite cruel with keeping them in line. Then again, he's generally a very cruel man. He holds little caring for really anyone around him. He'd sell his own grandmother if he thought he'd get a good price for her. To him the world is dog eat dog and he'll be damned if he isn't the top dog... or as close as he can get.
