Once a bustling part of the city, Windsor Street is now one of the most neglected parts of the commercial district. It was once known for its international businesses and wealthy corporations, but now most of the larger office skyscrapers sit empty. Smaller restaurants and bars can be found here and there, pushed in amongst the various office buildings. Most of the people that traverse down Windsor Street are wealthy corporates working outside the Inner Citadel, or local civilians looking for a bite to eat.

Spanish Quarter
Designed with the classic architecture of Spain and other neighboring European countries, the Spanish Quarter is a district filled with shops of all kinds. From clothing stores, to electronic stores, to theatres and anything else in between, this place has it all. Bustling with activity during the day, it's a popular destination for all ages. Although usually labelled as expensive with its many corporate stores, there's a bit of everything for everyone. It stretches for many city blocks, the buildings taken straight from a European postcard.

Night Forum
Although most of the commercial district is known for its ample businesses, the Night Forum is known for its nightlife. Named for the simple fact it only really comes alive at night, the Night Forum is a massive stretch of city blocks lined with various bars, pubs, clubs, and strip joints. Many people enjoy the ease of bar hopping from place to place, but the crowds that line the streets on particularly eventful nights leads to a higher rate of crime than anywhere else in the city, so safety is often the concern of many party-goers.

A strange tangle of buildings connected by various different pedways, the Crossroads is a weird mix of eclectic shops and seedy bars, mixed together with a large market in the center known for its 'exotic' meats. But the darker side of the Crossroads is the many underground levels that sit beneath street level, hosting a variety of illegal fights, black markets, and more. Like a giant labyrinth, underground tunnels expand for miles, making it hard for the Military to patrol and keep an eye on illegal activity.
