listen, this shit ain't pretty, and at some point, I will make it pretty... maybe. don't hold me to this promise. but before then, lemme introduce:

Jessie, who's been entrenched in the secret service since a very young age. While it's not widely known, you should know that he killed his parents at the tender age of 14--- because he had to, and believe it or not, he really, really had to. But it was when the military took him in, and after observing a skills set bred into him by his atrocious, and evil parents, it tossed him in for a secret service training, and helped finish a job his parents started: create a monster. But we'll talk about that later.

Jessie is a spy, in short, one that specializes in a great number of things, apparently answering to a whole new other superior that he never calls by name, and that he never meets face to face-- but he doesn't need to. As a person formed, and given a seeming shape by his years of training, and two decades of practice, he is cunning, sly, mischievous and with his birr often a distracting presence hard to read. He's laconic when it comes to spilling what he's thinking, what he's really, really thinking, and his warm disposition is as beguiling as intended to be; call him a honeypot, call him a hand to hand specialist as a title you do get to know only up close and in a moment when he's showing you exactly why he gets away with being a rude, brazen bastard to his superiors: he is strong. And he is good. And he is, above all, a manipulative, intelligent, and observant creature seeking solace in his job, and distractions. He is always on the lookout for distractions.

Platonic: Jessie is difficult, which honestly is my way of saying he's so used to doing spy work he's chronically shit at appropriate topics for casual conversation. But he loves people. No matter his very torn up views about the world and people, he's got an intense capacity for love, and compassion, and while his job doesn't leave him a lot of room for making friends, he's also chronically bad at stopping himself from getting attached to another person. But he is very good at burning bridges, since self destruction is clearly important, but barring that-- and barring his absolute, ridiculous fear of true love and a connection that runs to the marrow of his bone, Jessie loves people so much... and if the number of 'buts' contained in this para alone wasn't enough to tell you he's a hot mess, lemme say it: he's a hot mess. Yolo.

Romantic: Jessie is not looking for love, but on that topic, he is pansexual and he is very, very loose... he is honestly quite hyper-sexual and has a preference for domineering, dangerous men meeting whom doesn't bode well for him. Again, yolo, what even is actually being cautious. alksdjflksdjf He's a sight to behold in bed, which is my way of saying... I.... don't know. actually. interpret at will. sdkfjkdjf he's also chronically frightened of falling in love though on that topic would claim he's not capable of such things, and that being in love is silly and all that. liar. laaaaaaarrrrrr

Antagonistic: honestly, it's not too likely he'd have enemies, since him having enemies would mean he's been a shit spy and hadn't been doing his job-- with that being said, he does have contacts in the slums and even beyond, and has rubbed elbows with some bad people in the spirit of getting the job done, and honestly those people as well as the ones he listens to would know he is... quite the dangerous fellow. very unassuming. very beguiling. very many things that make him a person you shouldn't want to make your enemy because... I mean he's got a sadistic streak a mile wide so he'd enjoy stabbing you in the eye and watching you die. yolo. but he's also got a masochistic streak as wide so haha. it's almost three am pls don't judge me.

Plots: work, work, work, friends in and outside of work-- mind you, when it comes to friendships acquired during job, it's... not really easily determined how honest it is on his part, or how much it'll mean to him down the line. he's a complex creature. and a fucked up creature. idk pls hit me up with anything, he's also got a super protective streak but he's also tots be a possessive jealous person in love. he's also privately self-destructive... what am I missing...
