Meet Nils.
Nils is a Level V Patient Zero, recently acquiring his consciousness and his "humanity" back within the last two months or so and he really hasn't progressed in any sort of meaningful way, getting said humanity back. A big part of that is his personality prior to becoming infected was sort of a shitty one. He was a street kid and a low tier criminal who got by mostly on theft, drug dealing and some scams here and there.
As a child, he was quite rebellious. He grew up with both parents and some older siblings, but he always stood out as the one with issues. He used to torment stray animals for fun and at that time, his parents should have gotten him some help but they never did and instead just turned a blind eye, hoping he'd grow out of it. He got in with a bad crowd and started selling drugs when he was pretty young, around fifteen or so. Nothing too crazy but it was enough for them to kick him out at age sixteen, and he had to fend for himself.
He got good at drug dealing in particular and used quite a bit himself, too. He also got a thrill from petty theft and resorted to that more as he got older.
In 2010, he was bitten. Nothing spectacular, just in the wrong place at the wrong time. His turn took about a week or so, and he only has spotty memories as his time when he was infected.

Friends:
Probably not many to be honest. Nils is incredibly obnoxious, annoyingly arrogant and he tends to rub people the wrong way right from the get go. He has absolutely no filter and he either doesn't seem to understand just how abrasive he's coming off or he doesn't care. Probably both. The comfort of another person doesn't enter into his thinking and he has a real lack of empathy that goes back to his childhood. People who aren't easily offended, or somehow find his personality charming in a way-- which it definitely can be as he does have a healthy sense of humor and he is actually very extroverted and fun to be around, those are the people he'd get along best with. It's just that he doesn't really consider them to be friends, given his situation. He's a vampire and he eats people.
Enemies:
Don't know that he'd have any real enemies either as that's a stretch and he doesn't care too much to get too involved in anyone's shit but there certainly would be a lot of people who don't think much of him. Again-- obnoxious, arrogant, annoying, very LOUD.. that's him. He has a very loud personality and he doesn't hold back and that's sure to get on a lot of peoples' nerves. Military and Eclipse folks he would probably have the most trouble with as he doesn't tend to respect authority at all, and actively challenges it sometimes. He's not stupid though and wouldn't get himself killed. He's also not a fan of how the Hearts gang does things, hence why he does his own trafficking on the side, and other Jabberwockies may not appreciate his double dipping in the various gangs, as it shows disloyalty and whatnot.
Lovers:
Apparently he's bisexual, and he's literally got no capacity to really be in love with someone. It's not you, it's him. He loves him some sex though and he very much gets around. His preference is women but he will for sure sleep with men too if he's, you know, in the mood for it. Pretty important though is that he's like a genuine sadist and really what he's attracted to is harming other people. That's really what does it for him and now that he's a vampire and stronger, and can bite and all that cool shit, he's really a lot more into that then he was when he was human. He usually flirts with people so that he can feed on them when he gets them alone, but there are times when he just wants to get laid and he'll be nice-ish. /shrug
