Caesar Maddox is the co-founder and brainchild of Soteria Solutions. He was born dirt poor in the Slums and built his elite corporation from a mixture of his own genius, resilience and luck. Cypher overheads the company, but most everything comes down to Caesar's jurisdiction (at the approval of the Military). An emotionally detached and calculating man, many thought him to retire years ago. Yet he spearheads the company with purpose, though that purpose is unknown to most, including his wife Vanessa. Their marriage is tumultuous, as tensions rose after a series of stillbirths and child deaths that marrs their union. He is currently being seduced by a secretary who, unbeknownst to him, serves as a Diamonds informant.

Vanessa Maddox was born into the wealthy Hao family. Even from a young age, Vanessa was determined and ambitious and enrolled in the Military as soon as she was able. However, she was never able to complete her training, as she was drawn instead to doing research and development for Cypher. Vanessa was to mentor a young and hopeful intern named Caesar in Cypher laboratories and together they formed Soteria Solutions, which became the foundation for their marriage. Once in love, Vanessa has begun to grow distant and sullen from Caesar, drowning herself in work, after the death of their child just moments after they were born. She has recently turned to alcoholism.

CHIEF OF OPERATIONS

Shane Calloway is opportunistic, charming and ambitious. Whereas Caesar and Vanessa run the more product-focused and backdoor operations, Shane is all about business- networking, sales and forming and mending relationships and connections. He comes from a long line of businessmen and the Calloways themselves run a successful underground farming facility and company. Shane on the outset appears a stable and successful man but harbors vices that are easily exploited by the Jabberwockies (those vices are up to the player: cannibalism, keeping pet infected, sex, gambling, drugs, etc.) and can be rather hot headed and cruel. He is corrupt.
