Augustine Dupont was once a struggling and failed playwright and musician in New York City. By day, he'd deliver pizzas, and by night, he'd write his manuscripts, praying for his "big break". It never came and he was a victim of the DraC-2 virus. He came back to consciousness about five years ago and has since found his way to the Stronghold with little but the clothing on his back.

There, he'd retake his passion for writing, his muse the blood of mortals, until he found a benefactor- Leander Wilkenson. With Augustine's talent, and Leo's money, the two opened the Silverlight two years ago. They often butt heads over the direction the Silverlight shall take. Augustine, ever a man of poise and class, yearns to keep the traditional arts and offer exclusively opera, but Leo, ever a man of business, wants to cater to all entertainment yearnings and couldn't care less about "tradition".

Morticia Frost is an opera headliner of the Silverlight and is the reason many come flocking to its gilded gates. Like Augustine, she was an artist of the Old World, a talented singer of the Sydney Opera House under a different name. She succumbed to the virus while on tour in America and regained consciousness around two years ago. Morticia ended up in the Stronghold and was quick to find the Silverlight, to which Augustine took an instant liking to her for her vocal talent and regal elegance. She is what Augustine likes to call the "ideal artist". Morticia is a vindictive and jealous soul and will do anything to keep the limelight on her.

Ciara Lavern is one of the newest of the singers, yet she'd already making an impact. A prodigal singer, Ciara is idealistic, eager and a hopeless romantic. Her singing is fueled by her strong emotions and passions, and famed for even making the most grown of men cry. Such talent has earned her many fans, and many enemies, brewed by jealousy. Her biggest obstacle is Morticia Frost, who sees her as her biggest competitor and will do anything to sabotage her. Ciara is unknowingly being used as a tool by the Black Crown Society.

Kylo Evers is one of the most successful singers in the Silverlight, not only for his silky voice but for his dramatic flair and the stage guise he puts on, a masked demi-god named "Invicta". A sociable man, when he's not performing, he's hosting parties or attending social functions. He's become somewhat engorged in his alternate persona, so far to identify as "Invicta" and not Kylo and these has caused more trouble than good.
