Aspen is most known as The Morrigan; an arms dealer who can guarantee you military-grade weaponry with an endless supply of ammunition to go with. She runs a lucrative trade for the Clubs with deals made not only in cash, but also information. These are strange times and sometimes cash isn’t as precious as intel.

As lucrative and well-oiled as this business is, it isn’t a one-woman show and Aspen has several in her employment to assist with the business.

Below is a small list of wanteds, but as usual, if you have a character that fits the bill, just reach out and we can make it work.

Names are left blank, but for the sake of being dramatic, each have their own Irish folklore related title because THEMES.

The Badb, otherwise known as the Morrigan’s Crow, is Aspen’s right-hand. They’re largely responsible for deals made outside the Clubs and have their own web of connections and affiliations similar to Aspen’s. The Badb likely was one of Aspen’s many informants but quickly rose to her right-hand. Where Aspen is all fire, the Badb is cool and calculated. They’re diplomatic, but ruthless. Think shadows, spiders, and eyes-are-watching, and you have the Badb. Badb doesn’t have the political interest Aspen has to dismantle the military and is primarily focused on the business - freeing up Aspen’s time to scheme. They’re not confrontational, yet something about their presence seems to keep everyone in line. They likely have a dark history that Aspen is privy to, and it is probably why the Badb has a visible ride-or-die loyalty to Aspen. The Badb is probably the person who holds all of Aspen’s trust, though it may largely be due to what Aspen knows about their past.

Headcanonically: I picture them as being androgynous and while I would prefer to keep it that way, I am flexible.

CHAR TYPE Human or Level V infected
FACTION Civilian or Jabberwockies by association to Aspen/ low card
OCCUPATION Right Hand/Second in Command
SUGGESTED CLAIM Harmony Boucher

The Banshee is a whistleblower Aspen has purposely accrued in her team. While they don’t officially hold the title of overseer, staff manager, or 3IC, they’ve carved out that position for themselves since being in Aspen’s employment. They rarely leave the building and are the one responsible for overseeing the handling and packing of weaponry. They make sure things run smoothly without Aspen’s or the Badb’s presence. The Banshee is a quiet, comraderial sort that is highly likeable and bursting with charisma. Everyone on the team finds their personality infectious and they aren’t likely to be the cause of tension. It just so happens that they are Aspen’s eyes and ears because she certainly doesn’t trust everyone.

The Leprechaun is their driver, pack horse, and visible dealer. He’s the one you see face-to-face and is responsible for the safe drop off and pick up. They call him the Leprechaun because he’s been doing this for two years for Aspen and is still alive and relatively unscuffed - minus a terrible temper, and one or two bullet holes. Where the Banshee remains safe and sound inside their warehouse, The Leprechaun rarely loiters within and is there to move the munitions from A to B. How he came to be in Aspen’s employment is anyone’s guess. Rumour has it, he owes her. He owes her an awful lot. There’s clear tension between them and Aspen seems to keep an eye on him more than all the rest. It’s very clear that the Leprechaun is kept on a tight leash, and chances are, he’s paying off a debt. His title is laughable because although he’s lucky, he’s certainly not jolly.

CHAR TYPE Human
FACTION Drifter, civilian, or even formerly from another gang
OCCUPATION Delivery Boy
SUGGESTED CLAIM Tom Hardy

The Changeling is an apt name for the ammunition expert in Aspen’s employment. Although smuggling weaponry out of the compound is one thing, a shortage of ammunition is unfortunately something Aspen has had to consider. As a result, the Changling entered her employment pretty early on. They’re a paranoid, compulsive sort that always seems to be looking over their shoulder and muttering to themselves. Aspen provides protection and so with Aspen, their loyalty lies. They appear to be a little unhinged, and constantly nervous. The Changling seems harmless, but death, violence, and destruction certainly gets them laughing and happier than ever.

CHAR TYPE Human / Infected
FACTION Former military
OCCUPATION Ammunition Expert
SUGGESTED CLAIM OPEN

The Kelpies, as Aspen herself has affectionately called them, are a group of men and women that she has picked up and given purpose. They’re the informants that are scattered through the factions with their sole purpose being to be Aspen’s eyes and ears. Some are paid well, others do it because they owe Aspen a debt. Whatever the reason, the Kelpies come in all walks of life. What information does she seek? Anything useful. From high profile affairs, dirty dealings, and corrupt members of any faction.

CHAR TYPE Human, Infected
FACTION Anything
OCCUPATION Anything

The Púca are the band of smugglers that work from both the inside and outside of the military compound. Their purpose is to move weaponry between and come up with new ways to achieve a steady flow. They have it down to a fine craft with several various methods. Large movements aren’t permitted without Aspen’s presence, however. The Púca likely move supplies for the Eclipse as well; a fact that Aspen would be aware of and is perfectly content for them to continue doing so - as long as all weaponry goes to her, she doesn’t care for the rest.

CHAR TYPE Human, Infected
FACTION Military, Jabberwockies Clubs
OCCUPATION Smugglers

Dullahan is a man recently brought into Aspen’s employment. This will be an incredibly fresh, brand new addition and I am in no rush to fill this. He’s muscle. Short and to the point, that is his purpose. A decision made between Aspen and the Badb that they needed someone with capabilities that entered into the realms of violent to reside within the warehouse. Most of those in Aspen’s employment are capable of wielding the weapons they pedal, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t hurt to have a little extra help. The Dullahan is a violent, hot-blooded individual that Aspen likely will want watching her back often. Aspen has another agenda, however, and the Dullahan is the start of that. He will begin a new era in death dealing for her. The problem is, he isn’t happy being her lapdog and wants more from her. There will be room for conflict between him and the Badb and I’d imagine a potential affair between him and Aspen because the girl has terrible taste and no impulse control. Think harsh words exchanged, a power struggle, and ultimately, he will have an impact on her business. The question is whether or not she kills him for it or moulds that passion into something useful.

CHAR TYPE Human, Infected
FACTION Jabberwockies. Likely former Hearts
OCCUPATION The Muscle. Eventual executioner.
SUGGESTED CLAIM OPEN. Just make it rugged and screaming danger.
