Rebellious rich boy and glorified raider of old trash, he never quite grew up despite growing old. Luc will get excited about circuitry as well as vinyl records or even Funk-o-Pop memorabilia. He's gathered a family of friends and lovers, and given them jobs to enable his quests. It's the catalogue and the actual information records he prizes. Specifically records of the Infection and whatever else he can dig up on possible bunkers that could have survived all this.
