The Colonel, however new to his position, is not a man to be trifled with. Severe in his demeanor and harsh in his punishments, Alejandro is quick to discipline those who step out of line. He is deeply pro-military; anything less than utter devotion is sure to gain his ire.

Beneath all of that propriety, however, is a cruel man who holds long grudges and will do anything in his power (and there is much in his power) to stay in control, sate his cruelties and get revenge on those foolish enough to stand in his way.
