The Mother, commonly known as Mother Alexandria, is a Cypher scientist-turned religious zealot; cloaked in mystery and deceit. Some say her calm demeanor hides a twisted mind, willing to experiment on civilians for her own atrocious interests. A facade of warmth and compassion exudes from Mother Alexandria, just to manipulate the unlucky few who listen to her distorted gospels.


Hushed whispers have been picked up... wondering if Mother Alexandria is real, or just a myth. Those who truly know of the Mother are either dead, or high-ranking officials within the Military and Cypher, but even some of them don't believe this gruesome tale.
