A former Jabberwocky, Joe managed to flee Stronghold with his skin more-or-less intact (minus a few Infected-inflicted wounds) after a deal gone wrong and make it to no man's land. Scraping by alone was tough at first, but after joining a group of drifters he's found a sort of home base. He's not planning on staying with them—they're nothing but tasty meat to roving groups of Infected, after all—but for now, they'll do.
