Deacon is an Infected that works as a surgeon and butcher for the Hearts gang, and amongst the gangs he's typically known as The Butcher. It's his responsibility to put humans to use on the black market in a way that other gangs would never dream of doing. A dark and cruel man, with a lack of empathy for his fellow human beings, he appears to have very little humanity left inside him. He is a cold and calculating man, and it's very clear that he has no desire to make friends in this lifetime. Beware ever crossing paths with the man: it may just be the last memory you ever have. He is simply a monster.
